Practice Overview:

What happens during practice? During the month of August, practice will be 4 days per week (6-8pm) once school begins in Baltimore County, practice will be only 2 nights per week. Practices are instructional and players are in full pads/helmets (unless otherwise noted by Coach) or are on the 4-5-6 yrs old Flag teams (no tackling).

Workouts are offered on a team-by-team basis from the months of March thru July and are run by Coaches. (please reach out to your coach for details/info)
